Instead of generating havy weight DHTML components, this renderer provides a simple way of generating light weight html components.
The main goals is to give the user the ability to extend the system in different ways:

1. plugin their own html code
2. implement their own actions to retrieve & store the xml
3. adding their own look & feel (css)
