Business Model
The Business model consists of a standardized model (XML Schema) as well as a concrete development of it (XML instance). The XML Schema describes the syntactic requirements to the business model, while the XML instance represents a concretizing of the described model. JAXFront analyzes the business data structures from the XML Schema and provides a generally accepted (generic) graphical user interface at run-time.
GUI Model
With the GUI model individual adjustments (independent of the final output format) at the generated graphical user interface can be made. The presentation logic is partitioned in layout and behavior-specific (behaviour) ranges. The 'Layout Model' determines the appearance and the arrangement of the graphic elements, whereby the 'Behaviour Model' describes rules and conditions of the graphical front end. The description of the GUI model happens by clear addressings on one or several parts from the data model expressed by the use of the W3C-Standard XPath.
